At Profesor X, we are looking for motivated and detail-oriented bilingual professionals to join our team as Bilingual Administrative Agents. In this role, you will provide administrative support to law firms and medical offices across the United States while developing your communication and professional skills in an international work environment.
Responsibilities
Answer and manage inbound calls in English.
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.
Assist clients and team members with administrative tasks.
Organize and maintain sensitive documentation.
Provide professional support to U.S.-based legal and healthcare offices.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent customer service.
Requirements
English level B2 or higher.
High school diploma required (technical or professional studies are a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Positive, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
No previous experience is required. Paid training is provided.
