Executive Admin - BPO industry
Location: Colombia - Medellin
Contract: Full-time, indefinite term
Salary Range: 2´200.000 COP
Purpose of the Role
The jobholder is responsible for assisting the Assistant Manager - Administration and Facilities in the day - to - day working and help him meet the business plan objectives within the time limits, quality specifications and organization budget
Responsibilities
Responsible for daily BAU: Logistics, maintenance and housekeeping
Data Analytics in relation to inventories of supplies and monthly procurement
File management in adherence to compliance requirements
Monitoring of critical equipment preventive maintenance from start to finish
Stakeholder coordination via emails
Reliability under pressure
Qualifications
Experience in operations environment or supporting leadership teams
Exposure to reporting metrics and workforce coordination
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
At least 1 year experience in Admin Facilities and logistics
Flexible to work at any schedule - including weekends
English Skills B2+
