Business Development Representative (Healthcare Staffing)
Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, money-motivated, and highly driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support a fast-growing healthcare staffing campaign within the U.S. market. This role is focused on outbound prospecting, relationship building, identifying staffing challenges within healthcare organizations, and scheduling qualified meetings for the internal sales team.
The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, resilient, and naturally conversational, with the ability to build strong relationships and create trust quickly with U.S.-based decision-makers. We are looking for individuals with strong sales energy, excellent communication skills, and a performance-driven mindset who thrive in a fast-paced outbound sales environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to healthcare facilities and healthcare decision-makers across the United States
Generate and qualify new business opportunities through consultative conversations and discovery
Identify staffing challenges, hiring gaps, and operational pain points within healthcare organizations
Introduce healthcare staffing solutions in a professional, engaging, and consultative manner
Schedule qualified meetings and warm handoffs for the internal sales and business development team
Maintain accurate CRM updates, call notes, pipeline activity, and follow-up tasks
Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs related to outbound activity, meetings booked, pipeline generation, and conversion metrics
Handle objections confidently and professionally while maintaining strong customer experience standards
Collaborate with supervisors, leadership, and fellow BDRs to improve messaging, performance, and conversion rates
Participate in onboarding, sales training, coaching sessions, and ongoing quality assurance initiatives
Requirements
1?3+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, appointment setting, lead generation, or cold calling
Advanced English proficiency with strong spoken fluency, professionalism, and conversational communication skills
Friendly, energetic, competitive, and relationship-driven personality
Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently with U.S.-based prospects and decision-makers
Highly motivated by commissions, incentives, performance metrics, and career growth opportunities
Strong objection handling, active listening, and communication skills
Comfortable working in a KPI-driven outbound sales environment with activity and performance expectations
Experience using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and dialers preferred
Healthcare, staffing, recruiting, or BPO experience is a plus
