Job Title: Global Account Manager

Responsibilities:

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Understand and navigate the decision-making processes of the client, and successfully close agreements and big deals to maximum profit.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision makers such as ( CTO, Network Directors, Network procurement, etc?) by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending internal training programs, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing monthly, quarterly and yearly related results as needed.

The ideal candidates will possess:

Candidate possesses at least Matric, Diploma / Bachelor degrees are plus.
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or the relevant role (Call Center experience is a plus).
B2B Sales experience -IT/ Telecom / Tech sector.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Additional international language speaking ability advantageous ( English, French, Arabic, and Russian).
Team oriented with a positive attitude.
Capacity to quickly learn new concepts, technologies, skills, and the ability to handle multi-tasks roles.
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce ) is a plus.
