We are looking for a Head of Growth to lead and scale our growth and marketing efforts with a strong focus on execution, data, and measurable business impact.

Working hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM CST
Responsibilities
Define and lead the overall growth and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Translate business goals into clear, scalable growth initiatives.
Drive customer acquisition, activation, and revenue growth.
Oversee execution of growth initiatives and campaigns across channels.
Standardize processes for execution, reporting, and optimization.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate closely with leadership and crossfunctional teams to align growth with company priorities.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Growthfocused Marketing leadership.
Proven track record of scaling acquisition or revenue in startups or scaleups.
C1/C2 English level (required)
Strong analytical and datadriven mindset.
Handson, executionoriented profile with strong ownership.
Experience building systems and processes.
