Inventory and Distribution Coordinator

We are seeking a professional with experience in bulk product inventory management and distribution, responsible for ensuring the control, availability, and efficient flow of merchandise within the operation.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Control and supervise bulk product inventory, ensuring accuracy and availability.
Coordinate the receiving, storage, and dispatch of merchandise.
Plan efficient distribution routes and processes.
Conduct periodic cycle counts and physical inventories.
Report on turnover, shrinkage, and stock level indicators.


REQUIREMENTS

2?4 years of experience in bulk product inventory management and/or distribution.
Knowledge of inventory control systems (WMS, ERP, or advanced spreadsheets).
Experience coordinating warehouse and/or distribution teams.
Strong analytical and organizational skills under pressure.
Availability to work on-site in Medellin, Colombia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
