Role Overview
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for an experienced content professional who can translate complex ideas into clear, compelling, high-quality contentprimarily for LinkedIn and video platforms.
You will work closely with the Founder, transforming existing ideas, frameworks, and recorded materials into polished, strategically aligned content. This role is not entry-level and does not require heavy oversight. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, critical thinker, and strong executor who can operate independently and keep the marketing engine running even when leadership bandwidth is limited.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution
Own and execute a content calendar focused on LinkedIn and thought leadership channels
Ensure consistent publishing aligned with business goals and brand positioning
Identify opportunities to reuse, repurpose, and extend content across formats
Maintain publishing momentum despite shifting timelines or inputs
Content Creation & Thought Leadership Support
Capture and translate the Founders ideas through working sessions, recordings, and existing assets
Draft, edit, and refine LinkedIn posts, short-form articles, and marketing copy
Simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling, and structured messaging
Apply strong editorial judgment to preserve voice, tone, and credibility
Video & Multimedia Content
Edit and produce short-form video content (insight clips, microlearning videos, branded snippets)
Repurpose long-form recordings into polished short-form assets
Add captions, branding, and visual polish to all video outputs
Brand, Quality & Consistency
Maintain a high standard for grammar, formatting, and visual presentation
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
Proactively identify gaps, improvements, and growth opportunities
Apply research, context, and data-informed thinking to content decisions
Required Skills & Experience
35 years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or digital media
Proven experience working with B2B consulting, professional services, or advisory firms
Strong background in LinkedIn-focused content and executive thought leadership
Demonstrated ability to operate independently without close supervision
Experience working directly with founders, senior leaders, or subject-matter experts
Advanced English proficiency (C1C2) with exceptional writing skills
Comfort working with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving inputs
Strategic content planning and execution expertise
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
Video editing and multimedia production skills
Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail
Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear outputs
Tools & Workflow
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Loom, Riverside, Veed, or similar platforms
Comfortable using AI tools for research, drafting, and ideationpaired with strong human judgment
