Be a Media Buying Mastermind: Shape Winning Strategies for Our Clients
Are you a media buying whiz with a passion for crafting multi-channel marketing magic?
We're seeking a talented Media Buyer to join our collaborative team! You'll work closely with internal departments and clients to develop winning communication strategies across linear, streaming, and digital channels. In this role, you'll be the architect of successful client campaigns:
- Conceptualize and execute multi-channel communication plans: Craft strategic blends of linear, streaming, and digital media for clients and new prospects. Develop and test online media campaigns with specific performance-based objectives and expand them into high volume / large spend buys
- Become a data-driven maestro: Analyze data to create insightful media rationales and develop cutting-edge media solutions. Drive and optimize key traffic and
revenue metrics including CTR and conversions through targeting and creative optimization
- Manage profitable online media buys: Oversee the purchase of online ad space for multiple brands, ensuring optimal results and ROI. Manage CPM, CPL, CPA, CPC, and CPV campaigns and review backend performance to ensure specific eCPA and profitability goals
- Be a creative collaborator: Partner with internal teams like Creative and Digital to build engaging campaigns and landing pages.
- Optimize for success: Monitor key metrics like traffic and revenue, continuously tweaking campaigns for maximum impact. Drive and optimize key traffic and
revenue metrics including CTR and conversions through targeting and creative optimization
- Forge strong client relationships: Build trust and rapport with clients, constantly optimizing their programs for top performance.

- Technical know-how: Familiarity with Facebook & Google Ads, display advertising, and programmatic buying.
- Proven performer: Experience in performance-based online media buying (lead generation or e-commerce) is a plus.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in SEM/SEO optimization.
- Knowledge of top display networks, retargeting platforms, and online media exchanges.
