You?re Our Ideal Candidate IF:

- You hold a degree in Psychology

- You have +1 year of work experience in mental health and/or educational environment.

- You are fluent in English (C1) and Spanish (C1); Portuguese (B2) is a plus.

- You are familiar with working on different online platforms like Teams and Zoom.

- You have a very dynamic personality, dynamic enough to shine through the screen.

- You are punctual, organized, and professional in all aspects of the role.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct interviews with prospective students and families as part of the admissions and enrollment process.

- Assess student and family needs to support appropriate educational placement and success.

- Guide families through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the school.

- Partner with admissions, academic, and student support teams to develop individualized support plans when needed.

- Build strong relationships with students and families to promote engagement and satisfaction.

- Identify retention risks and proactively implement strategies to support family and student continuity.

- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established confidentiality and safeguarding protocols.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success and family experience initiatives.
