Important Notice:
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in hiring, human resources or virtual assistant particularly in remote work settings. Applications without the required experience will not be considered.

Work Location:
You must be a legal resident of and currently reside in Colombia to be eligible for this role. This role is 100% remote, with regular requirements for virtual meetings and trainings.

The schedule for this job is Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm US Pacific time, with paid holidays, time off, and sick time.

Core Responsibilities:
Help coordiante the end-to-end hiring process for remote roles across the organization
Foster excellent communication with hiring teams, candidates, and stakeholders
Assist in developing and implementiong remote hiring strategies to attract top talent
Stay updated on latest trends in remote work and adjust hiring strategies accordingly
Represent the firm at virtual recruiting events and webinars
Review resumes and conduct virtual interviews and screenings.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and desired profiles

Main Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in hiring, human resources or virtual assistant with a focus on remote positions
Communication: Excellent written and oral skills
Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Organizational Skills: Proficient in time management and task prioritization
Commitment: A strong dedication to organizational growth and streamlined hiring processes
Innovation: A mindset that values internal collaboration and forward-thinking strategies
