As a Social Media Ad Manager at VIVA, you will play a key role in planning, implementing, and optimizing our social media advertising campaigns. Your primary goal will be to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through paid social media channels.
Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute social media advertising strategies to meet business objectives, such as increasing brand visibility, generating leads, or driving sales. Ad Creation: Create and design compelling ad creatives, ad copy, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences. Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, monitor campaign performance, and adjust spending to maximize ROI. Audience Targeting: Identify and target specific audience segments based on demographics, behaviors, and interests. Ad Platforms: Utilize various social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to reach our target audience. Analytics: Regularly analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improvements. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad-performance and achieve the best results. Stay Current: Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising features on social media platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Proven experience in social media advertising and a track record of successful ad campaigns. Proficiency with social media advertising tools and platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication and project management skills. Creative thinking and a knack for creating compelling ad content. Certifications in relevant advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
