Talent Attraction & Hunting Analyst
We are currently looking for a Talent Attraction & Hunting Analyst responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting qualified candidates, ensuring a strong and consistent talent pipeline aligned with business needs.
Main Responsibilities
Design and execute recruitment strategies for operational, administrative, and strategic positions.
Actively source candidates through different channels such as job boards, professional networks, databases, referrals, and universities.
Screen resumes and conduct pre-selection interviews.
Manage talent acquisition processes for specialized or hard-to-fill positions.
Build and maintain updated talent pools and candidate pipelines.
Develop partnerships with educational institutions and other recruitment sources.
Participate in job fairs and employer branding activities.
Monitor labor market trends and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
Generate and analyze recruitment process performance indicators and metrics.
Required Profile
Bachelors degree in Psychology.
Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent attraction, and talent sourcing/hunting.
English level B2 C1 (mandatory).
We Offer
