Training Development Specialist (English Onsite)

VIP Medical Group, one of our top experts in vein disease and pain management is looking for a Training Developing Specialist to join our team!

Our Training Developing Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining high quality e-learning content and generating ideas for improving educational materials, primarily focused on departmental processes. This role will focus on extracting core information from department SOPs to develop into eLearning materials suitable for specific and scalable learning. Create and deliver educational material that makes complex processes simple and for this attention to details is a must.

Key Points: Knowledge or experience in LMS

What You?ll Do:

- Collaborate with other teams to create and develop engaging training content that aligns with the company's goals.
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent content -production and timely delivery.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and style.
- Develop training modules that meet key learning objectives that the target audience needs.
- Script outline & development of educational training videos.
- Courses need to be specific, easy to follow, and formatted for self-learning.
- Keep the learners engaged with additional content creation such as games, quizzes and other material on Litmos.
- SOP development.


What You?ll Bring:

- C1 English level proficiency
- Experience in the medical/healthcare industry (big plus)
- 2 years of experience in creating training material for e-learning
- Punctuality, organization, initiative, time management, and attention to detail
