Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized advertiser support across Chat, Email, and Phone in English and French.
Collaborate side-by-side with an AI Co-pilot to interpret real-time recommendations, validate outputs, and draft tailored responses.
Solve dynamic, high-ambiguity technical and campaign issues without relying on a rigid script.
Manage high-value client expectations with empathy, patience, and professional diligence.
Requirements:
Language proficiency: English (B2) and French (B2) (both conversational and written).
Modality: 100% Work From Home (WFH).
Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
Interest or previous experience in digital marketing or online advertising.
