Key Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (last-semester students may apply)
1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or billing roles
Experience with billing and invoicing processes
Knowledge of bank reconciliations and financial record management
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains)
Experience working in fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Main Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end billing and invoicing process
Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records
Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
Review financial data to identify billable and non-billable items
Maintain organized financial documentation and records
Assist the Finance team with administrative and operational tasks
Work with Microsoft Dynamics GP for reporting and financial updates
Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and standards
