Patient Scheduling English

The Client Partner Patient Scheduling, will work collaboratively with multiple healthcare providers to schedule patient appointments and provide high-level support to patient queries about healthcare insurance and clinic procedures.
Ideal candidate is expected to provide high-end experience to demanding patient calls, having worked with medical providers or specialty clinics. Client Partners must have experience handling a high-volume of calls, a genuine passion for assisting others, and a commitment to delivering a positive experience to each patient.
Responsibilities: Set-up patient appointment schedule through inbound calls and refer them to available healthcare providers and locations. Referencing client-specific clinical guidelines to find solutions independently. Gather & input patient demographic and insurance information into the practice management system following HIPAA and Patient Privacy Guidelines.
Stay up to date with changes to client-specific guidelines and healthcare provider procedures.
Report complex clinical issues to the appropriate supervisor/client partner.
Document call activity, outcomes, and other notes as needed in the client system using propermedical terminology.
Must meet all attendance and performance standards.
Maintains a high degree of attention to detail & policies.
Qualifications:
Excellent professional communication skills College Graduate (preferably Medical Allied Degree)
1+ years of experience in healthcare patient service 1+ years of experience handling a high volume of inbound calls in call centers.
Basic knowledge about Orthopedic procedures (preferred but not required)
Experience using an EMR and scheduling software.
Experience in Windows 10, multiple monitors, and softphone software.
