The SDR Team Lead is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve lead generation, pipeline creation, and sales qualification goals. This role drives team performance, ensures process compliance, and partners with cross-functional teams to support business growth.



Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs.
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance feedback.
Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
Manage scheduling, attendance, and team productivity.


Performance Management

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
Drive performance against targets, including:
Qualified Appointments
Sales Accepted Leads (SALs)
Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Pipeline Generation
Activity Metrics (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
Identify performance gaps and implement coaching plans.


Sales Operations

Ensure adherence to sales processes and qualification standards.
Maintain CRM accuracy and data integrity.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to improve lead quality and conversions.
Support new campaigns, tools, and sales initiatives.


Reporting & Collaboration

Prepare performance reports and analyze team results.
Track productivity and recommend process improvements.
Serve as the primary escalation point for SDR-related issues.
Partner with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.


Qualifications

2?3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
1?2 years of leadership or team management experience.
Proven success achieving sales development and pipeline goals.
Strong knowledge of outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
