Accounts Payable Analyst

Role Purpose
To ensure accurate management of accounts payable by guaranteeing the timely receipt, validation, and posting of invoices, as well as compliance with the companys accounting and tax processes.
Key Responsibilities
Process and verify invoices, credit notes, and accounting documents.
Validate and post supplier invoices against purchase orders and supporting documentation.
Follow up on open items within Accounts Payable and ERP systems.
Respond to inquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Support compliance with accounting, tax, and internal control processes.
Required Profile
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or accounts payable roles.
Experience in invoice posting, purchase order handling, and supporting documentation review.
Knowledge of general accounting principles and basic tax concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
Previous experience or interaction with international suppliers or banks is desirable.
English level C1 (mandatory).
Position Details
Work modality: On-site.
Location: Ac. 26 92-32.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard office hours.
