Advisor I ? Customer Service (Trilingual: English/Portuguese)
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor I to join our team in a trilingual Customer experience role (English, Portuguese, and Spanish). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality customer assistance, help identify customer needs, and guide them toward relevant certifications and solutions while delivering basic technical support.
Requirements
English: B2 level (required)
Portuguese: A1,B1+ level (required)
Spanish proficiency required for internal communication.
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or customer support roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support customers who contact the service center by identifying their needs and providing clear and helpful information.
Guide customers by explaining available certifications and learning resources that align with their inquiries.
Deliver basic technical support, including assistance with email-related issues and general platform navigation.
Communicate with customers using a professional, clear, and objective language style.
Maintain a positive customer experience through strong people skills and active listening.
Document customer interactions accurately in the internal systems.
Follow company procedures and service standards to ensure high-quality support.
What We Offer
Business hours schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (adjusted due to Daylight Saving Time).
