Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced support team. As the first point of contact for many of our patients, you?ll play a critical role in providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance.
You?ll respond to live chats and incoming phone calls, addressing questions about appointments, medication orders, billing, the patient portal, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to incoming patient chats, emails, and calls
Answer inbound phone calls with professionalism and empathy
Assist with scheduling, orders, insurance, prescriptions, and inquiries
Escalate complex issues when necessary
Collaborate with internal teams
Requirements
2+ years of experience in customer service or call center
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask
Tech-savvy
English level B2+ (required)
