Pianeta Legno is an international manufacturer and supplier of premium hardwood flooring, headquartered in Miami, with operations in Colombia and Latin America.
We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive individual to manage our Bogotá showroom, support customer relationships, and develop new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
Welcome clients and present our flooring collections.
Handle telephone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales opportunities.
Develop relationships with architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
Identify potential clients, coordinate meetings, and conduct project visits.
Maintain customer records, organize samples, and manage daily showroom activities.
Coordinate with our Miami team on pricing, orders, and project requirements.
Requirements
Strong Spanish and English communication skills (English mandatory and tested during interview).
Professional appearance, excellent customer service, and communication skills.
Proactive, organized, reliable, and sales-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and WhatsApp.
Experience in sales, architecture, interior design, or building materials preferred.
Schedule & Compensation
Monday?Friday: 10 AM ? 5 PM
Weekends: By appointment only.
Starting Salary: COP 5,000,000 gross/month.
Salary Review: Every 6 months, based on performance.
