We are looking for customer service agents Responsible for preventing customers from canceling a service or leaving a company. The role is not just about convincingits about understanding and solving. What youll be doing:
Persuasion skills ( Offering alternatives ( Discounts, plan changes, benefits)
Keep every customer engaged with a direct and friendly touch.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
B2 English level
Problem-solving skills.
Proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.

Work form site: Blue Gardens
Schedules training : Monday to Thursday 06:00-15:00, Friday 6:00 14:30 Weekends off (trn 3 weeks-nest 2 weeks)
Schedules OPS: 6:00 14:300 2 days off / 8:00 17:30 2 days off
Salary: $COP $2.3150.000 + $356.000 + Performance bonus over 32%.
