Benefits Associate / Junior HR English B2+
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Location: On site - Bogota
Key Responsibilities
Process employee enrollments, updates, and changes in the Prism system.
Submit and track retirement contributions, ensuring successful payment processing.
Manage retirement plans and loans, including setups, modifications, terminations, and corrections.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies with clients and vendors.
Maintain accurate payment and retirement records.
Respond to client inquiries through email, cases, and internal platforms.
Support special projects and provide coverage during team absences.
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
English B2+
Preferred Education & Experience
Technical studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
6 months of experience in benefits administration, customer service, administrative support, or HR operations.
