Were looking for a Bilingual Customer Expert to join our team in Bogotá. In this role, youll support customers of a major American bank by responding to customer service inquiries, providing clear and friendly guidance, and delivering effective solutions regarding bank accounts, debit cards, credit cards, and other general banking services. Youll focus on understanding customer needs, handling financial information responsibly, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience in every interaction.
