Join Our Team as a Bilingual Customer Service Agent!

As a Universal Bilingual Agent, you will provide customer support through different communication channels, helping customers with billing inquiries, payment plans, account updates, online portal assistance, service upgrades, and retention.
What youll do
Assist customers via inbound and outbound calls.
Provide support through chat, email, SMS, and tickets.
Resolve billing and payment inquiries.
Help customers manage their accounts and online portal.
Process account updates and service requests.
Support customer retention by offering solutions and excellent service.
Deliver a positive customer experience across all channels.
What we offer? Base Salary: $2,700,000 COP Performance Bonus: Up to $250,000 COP Hiring Bonus: $1,000,000 COP
$500,000 after 3 months
$500,000 after 5 months
Applies with 100% attendance during Training and Nesting. Fixed Schedule
42 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m.
Two days off every week (Sunday + one weekday). On-site position Calle 97 with Autopista Norte, in front of Calle 100 TransMilenio Station Bogotá.
