We are seeking Business Services Manager
Place: Bogotá, Colombia

About the Role:
As a CBRE Business Services Manager, you will manage a team responsible for providing administrative, process improvement initiatives, and financial function support to FM area.

This role is responsible for providing data analysis support to areas of the business including operations, teams, job functions, and senior Latam management.

What do you need?
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2 ? 4 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of relevant experience (4+ years) and other education (such as qualifications/diplomas, etc) will be considered.
What will you do?

Main functions:
Operations Management: Coordinates daily processes to ensure services are delivered on time and within budget.
Quality Assurance (SLA): Measures and monitors compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring that promised standards are met for internal and external clients.
Process Optimization: Analyzes performance using data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements that reduce costs and increase productivity.
Strategic Liaison: Acts as a bridge between company management and operational teams, ensuring that the service area supports overall business objectives.
Deep knowledge in: data analysis and KPIs management

What will you do?
Act as liaison with business leaders, department managers, and other internal and external clients to forecast workload demand and project deliverables.
Work with business leaders to resolve conflicting priorities.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues that may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
Business functions, predominantly facilities management.
Analyze and use data to drive impactful changes and improvement

Required skills:
Confident and capable of presenting to client team; talking through regional performance on a monthly basis
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products ? Power BI preferable.
Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Critical thinking/analytical mindset
Data driven with the ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
Management skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the performance function.
Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems
