Are you passionate about driving technology strategy, leading high-performing engineering teams, and building scalable digital solutions? At IGN Global, we are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the transformation of our technology organization, aligning people, processes, and innovation with business objectives.
Your Challenge
As our CTO, you will lead the Technology Department by defining the technical vision, strengthening software development governance, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality digital solutions. You will play a key role in driving organizational change, optimizing engineering processes, and partnering with executive leadership, clients, and strategic stakeholders.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
MBA, Masters degree, or postgraduate specialization in Technology Management, Project Management, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines.
1012 years of professional experience in technology, with at least 5 years leading software engineering or technology teams.
Proven experience leading technology organizations, digital transformation initiatives, and software development governance.
Strong understanding of software architecture, Agile methodologies, project delivery, engineering leadership, and technology strategy.
English proficiency (B2 or higher) with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and stakeholders.
