Customer Expert
Were looking for a Bilingual Customer Expert to join our team in Bogotá. In this role, youll support customers by responding to inquiries, providing clear and friendly guidance, and delivering effective solutions across different service scenarios.
Youll focus on understanding customer needs, handling information responsibly, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience in every interaction.

REQUIREMENTS High school diploma completed. No previous work experience required. Availability to work TRN: L-V 2:00 pm a 10:000 pm (6 Semanas)
OPS: 08:00-17:30 2 Dias Off / 10:00-19:30 2 Dias Off / 14:30-00:00 2 Dias Off Residence in Bogotá
