Digital Marketing Coordinator Freelance,Conversational English

Bogotá Serene Lodging (B.S.L.) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Website Coordinator to support our growing medical tourism company. This freelance position focuses on maintaining and optimizing our website while supporting digital marketing initiatives aimed at international patients traveling to Colombia for medical procedures.

The selected candidate will collaborate with our CMO to improve website performance, design website layouts, publish content, monitor SEO, support social media operations, analyze website performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital presence.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Website support: Maintain and update the BSL website as needed (content updates, basic maintenance coordination, and related tasks).
- Social media support and SEO optimization: Develop strategies for social media content and optimize/correct content for SEO and platform search visibility across BSL social media platforms.
- Maintain and update the company website
- Upload and optimize website content
- Apply basic SEO best practices
- Monitor website performance and user experience
- Coordinate website improvements with marketing team
- Support Meta Business Suite and digital marketing campaigns
- Track website and social media performance using analytics tools
- Research digital marketing trends and competitor strategies
- Help optimize conversion funnels and landing pages

It is necessary a conversational English level, all our communications and workflow is in English.
