Professional Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field according to the subjects to be covered.
Equivalency:
Previous teaching experience in educational institutions, preferably at the high school level.
Responsibilities:
Substitute Teaching:
Conduct dynamic and effective classes for high school students according to the subjects and substitution needs established by the school.
Lesson Planning and Development:
Implement established lesson plans and educational activities, ensuring continuity in students academic learning processes during the substitution period.
Classroom Management:
Maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student participation, discipline, and the appropriate development of academic activities.
Assessment and Follow-up:
Monitor students academic performance and provide appropriate feedback in accordance with the guidelines established by the school.
Collaborative Work:
Work collaboratively with teachers and academic departments to ensure continuity in curricular processes and appropriate student follow-up.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably at the high school level.
