Master Data & Transformation Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Master Data & Transformation Analyst to join our Client Shared Services Center in Bogotá. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of master data across enterprise systems while supporting strategic transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Master Data Management, ERP support, process optimization, and data analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure data governance standards are met, support decision-making through reporting and insights, and contribute to operational excellence across the organization.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Master Data, Shared Services, ERP support, or process improvement.
English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with data, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
