The Opportunity
At GrowJolt, we don't just sell; we drive strategic growth. We are looking for a high-performance "Full-Cycle Sales Executive" who wants to own their success. The Role
In this position, you control the entire revenue cycle?from identifying the initial lead to securing the final signature. There are no handoffs or dependencies on external teams; you are the sole architect of your pipeline and your results.
What You Will Do
* Aggressive Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound channels (cold calling, personalized email, and direct outreach).
* High-Level Qualification: Deep-dive into prospect needs to determine alignment and qualify leads with precision.
* Full-Cycle Closing: Present high-value solutions, masterfully handle objections, and guide clients through the final decision-making process.
* Pipeline Mastery: Maintain a clean, high-velocity pipeline, consistently hitting targets for conversion rates, meeting show-up rates, and closing ratios.
What We Are Looking For
* Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Full-Cycle or BDR/AE hybrid role.
* Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Apollo.io and Prospeo to build and manage high-quality lead lists.
* Language Mastery: Native or C1 English proficiency is mandatory; you must be able to articulate complex value propositions with native-level fluency and cultural nuance.
* Hunter Mindset: High resilience in the face of rejection and an obsession with exceeding quotas.
* Operational Discipline: Exceptional CRM hygiene and time management skills to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
