ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist / HR Operations Lead to manage and improve the full employee lifecycle within a fast-growing US-based organization. This role requires a strong combination of recruiting expertise, HR operations knowledge, employee relations experience, and process improvement capabilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company attracts, develops, and supports top talent while maintaining scalable people processes, operational excellence, and compliance standards. This position offers significant exposure to leadership and the opportunity to help shape the future of the HR function as the organization grows.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of Human Resources experience across recruiting, HR operations, and employee relations
Advanced English level (C1+), both written and verbal
Valid US Visa with the ability to travel to the United States when required
Experience supporting US-based companies or international organizations
Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and process improvement initiatives
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel data across company systems
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and documentation remain current and consistently applied
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and HR-related matters
Help foster a positive, productive, and accountable work environment across teams
Create, update, and maintain HR process documentation, SOPs, employee resources, and knowledge bases Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and improve operational efficiency
Leverage HR systems and tools to improve reporting, data accuracy, and overall employee experience

Hiring processes run efficiently with strong candidate pipelines; open positions are filled within target timelines
Employee records, onboarding, and compliance processes remain accurate and scalable; HR operations run with minimal oversight
Employee engagement and satisfaction improve over time; leadership trusts HR as a proactive business partner
