We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and connect new business opportunities with our sales team. What will your role be? Your main mission will be to fuel the sales funnel through smart prospecting and strategic outreach. Your key responsibilities will include:
Identifying and prospecting potential clients using channels like LinkedIn, directories, and databases.
Executing Outbound strategies via email, phone calls, and direct messaging.
Qualifying leads based on business criteria and keeping the CRM system up to date.
Scheduling meetings and key commercial opportunities for the sales team.
Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize demand generation campaigns.
Measuring your success by analyzing prospecting metrics and meeting conversion KPIs. What do you need to apply? Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in B2B prospecting, appointment setting (SDR/Setter), or consultative sales. Tools: Familiarity with CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and building databases. Skills: Persuasive communication (both written and verbal), excellent organizational skills, and a strong focus on hitting targets. What do we offer? Contract: Indefinite-term contract (permanent) from day one. Languages: Advanced English proficiency (C1 Level), both spoken and written (Mandatory). Schedule: 42 hours per week. Flexible shifts from Monday to Saturday (within the 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. time frame). Performance Reward: Your days off depend on your results! You can enjoy 2 consecutive days off (Saturday & Sunday, or Sunday & Monday). Location: Connecta Bogotá.
