This position will support the Talent Acquisition team in the execution and optimization of recruitment processes, including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and reporting. The role aims to strengthen pipeline generation and improve efficiency and data tracking across hiring processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support sourcing activities through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases to build candidate pipelines.
Assist in screening resumes and pre-validating candidates based on defined role requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring an efficient scheduling process.
Maintain and update candidate information in internal tracking systems (ATS).
Support the preparation and tracking of recruitment reports (pipeline status, conversion rates, time to fill).
Assist in employer branding and university outreach initiatives (job fairs, internship programs).
Support communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree student of Psychology, Business Administration or Social Communication programs
Intermediate Advanced English Level (B1 - B2)
