We are seeking a motivated and resourceful B2B Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, high-volume cold calling, and developing a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. You will play a critical role in generating revenue by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
The B2B Sales Representative at Welcome Wagon is responsible for generating new business through proactive outbound prospecting, cold calling, and self-sourced lead generation. This role requires a highly motivated, disciplined sales professional who is comfortable building a pipeline from the ground up and engaging directly with business owners and decision-makers.
They will play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying businesses that can benefit from Welcome Wagon?s advertising solutions. Success in this position depends on their ability to consistently create opportunities, manage their pipeline effectively, and close new business in a competitive, high-activity environment.
What You Will Do As A Sales Representative
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to business owners and key decision-makers
Identify and prospect new business opportunities using platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and Yelp
Build, manage, and maintain a self-sourced pipeline of qualified leads
Present and position Welcome Wagon?s advertising solutions to prospective clients
Schedule appointments and execute consistent follow-up to close new business
Accurately track outreach, pipeline activity, and sales performance in CRM systems
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue targets
What You Will Bring As A Sales Representative
High school diploma required; additional education or certifications are a plus
Strong English proficiency (written and verbal)
1?3 years of experience in high-volume outbound cold calling (B2B preferred)
Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and build a pipeline independently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
Strong organizational and time management skills

Monthly Salary: COP 2,300,000.00
Monthly incentive bonus: COP 3,000,000.00 target, variable based on individual performance
