We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting initiatives that drive strategic decision-making. This role requires advanced expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize profitability and support growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and fluent in English, with strong communication skills to present insights to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate performance, investments, and growth opportunities.
Analyze financial results, identify trends, variances, and risks, and present actionable insights to senior management.
Partner with Operations, Sales, and Product teams to drive financial discipline and performance improvements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Support long-range planning, scenario analysis, and ad-hoc financial analyses.
Monitor KPIs and recommend strategies to optimize profitability and cash flow.
Assist with pricing analysis, cost optimization, and margin improvement initiatives.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (mandatory).
Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Proven ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Clear and professional communication skills in perfect English (mandatory).
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Availability during U.S. EST business hours (7 am 5 pm).
