Key Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years of General Accounting experience
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles
Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage large volumes of financial transactions accurately
Main Responsibilities
Prepare adjusting and accrual journal entries in accordance with GAAP
Perform account reconciliations and transaction analysis
Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and amortization processes
Record daily cash transactions and support property acquisition accounting
Calculate and record company revenue and fee income
Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of accounting records
Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations and reporting
