About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Supply Planner to manage daily replenishment execution and transactional order pipelines. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Planning Lead, you will ensure a seamless flow of materials from global manufacturing sites to our regional distribution network. This role is critical to preventing stockouts, optimizing working capital, and maximizing shipping efficiency while maintaining high customer service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Replenishment Execution & Purchase Order Management: Own the daily replenishment process by creating and managing purchase orders, tracking international shipments, and resolving logistics-related delivery issues.
- Order Consolidation & Optimization: Review inventory coverage gaps and adjust order recommendations to align with supplier constraints, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), and standard packaging requirements.
- Inventory Control & Open-to-Buy (OTB): Monitor inventory levels and maintain active replenishment plans while ensuring Open-to-Buy purchase variances remain within ±5% of the monthly financial cash flow budget.
- Supplier Coordination: Serve as the primary operational contact for day-to-day order execution and production tracking with overseas manufacturing facilities.
- ERP Data Management: Maintain accurate transactional, inventory, and lead-time data within the company's ERP system.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 2?4 years of professional experience in supply chain planning, procurement, inventory planning, or inventory deployment.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and advanced data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with Power BI dashboards and automated reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
Language
- Fluent English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with global cross-functional stakeholders on a daily basis.
