Talent Acquisition Analyst / English C1
Job Purpose
This role will primarily support Talent Acquisition activities for the North America region (USA & Canada), ensuring efficient and high-quality hiring delivery across corporate and commercial functions. The role will also contribute to broader Talent and HR initiatives, including Talent Management and Learning & Development, in partnership with HR Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for North America (USA & Canada), including job requisitions, sourcing, interviews, assessments, candidate communication, and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple business areas to support hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, maintain recruitment metrics, track pipelines, and optimize sourcing strategies to reduce external agency dependency.
Build talent pipelines for key positions and support workforce planning initiatives.
Provide support for Talent Management, Learning & Development, performance cycles, succession planning, and HR programs.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners on regional initiatives, process improvements, and People Development Programs.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters in HR or equivalent preferred
57 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations, preferably supporting international/ US hirings
Strong proficiency in English communication (written and verbal)
Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and HR systems (ATS/tools)
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across geographies
High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a process-driven approach
Schedule: Monday to friday from 7 am to 5 pm 42 hours per week
Salary based on experience, negotiable (5.000.000 - 6.000.000 COP)
