Join the sales team at TP and represent a global leader in online payment processing. We are looking for motivated, results-driven professionals who are passionate about sales and customer engagement. In this role, you will connect with businesses through multiple communication channels (Phone, Chat, and Email) to promote innovative payment solutions and help clients grow their business.
What Youll Be Doing
Interact with users via email, phone, and chat.
Represent Stripe at the initial point of contact with important and strategic users.
Analyze and evaluate users specific account setups and previous interactions with Stripe to recommend solutions to their questions that would best fit their needs.
Attend client/vendor meetings on a weekly basis.
B2B Sales Pitch (Technological solution)
Follow up with prospects and customers to close activation opportunities.
Manage and maintain the sales opportunity pipeline.
Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and recommending suitable payment solutions.
Were Looking for Someone Who
Has a C1 English and Portuguese level
High school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate)
At least 1 year of experience in client-facing roles (Eg. B2B, B2C, Call Center, Sales)
Multi-tasking skills systems & platforms
Proficiency with using a computer system and Microsoft Office
