Star Property Solutions is a Miami-based remodeling and property maintenance company working with construction firms and real estate developers on high-value commercial projects ($50K+). We need a sharp, bilingual sales professional who can manage a high-ticket B2B pipeline with precision and follow-through.
COMPENSATION:
- Base salary: $700?$1,200 USD/month (based on experience)
- Commission per booked appointment
- Additional % commission on closed deals
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting targeting construction firms and developers
- Manage the full sales pipeline in the CRM ? from first contact to booked estimate
- Schedule and confirm on-site appointments with the Miami field team
- Execute structured follow-up sequences (calls, texts, emails) at every pipeline stage
- Log every interaction, update deal stages, and keep the pipeline clean and current
- Request Google reviews from clients after project completion
- Report on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and appointment metrics weekly
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- Fluent in English and Spanish ? written and spoken (non-negotiable)
- 2+ years of B2B sales or inside sales experience
- Hands-on CRM experience: logging calls, managing stages, tasks, and pulling reports
- Comfortable speaking with decision-makers at construction companies and developers
- Self-managed, detail-oriented, and reliable in a remote environment
- Availability aligned with Miami business hours (EST)
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar
- Background in construction, remodeling, or real estate
- Experience following up on Google Ads leads
