Docente Bilingüe

A private bilingual school operating on the Colombian Calendar B academic year, located in Chía, Cundinamarca, is seeking qualified teachers to deliver Spanish, Physical Education and Technology at both primary and secondary levels.

We are looking for responsible and adaptable professionals with strong subject-matter expertise and a genuine commitment to holistic education. Candidates should be willing to implement active, student-centred methodologies that foster deep understanding, critical thinking, research skills, intellectual curiosity and meaningful student participation.

Knowledge of or experience with Teaching for Understanding, project-based learning, Cambridge International programmes, thinking cultures and active learning methodologies will be highly valued.

Working Schedule
Monday to Friday: 6:50 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Monthly staff meeting: one Tuesday per month, from 3:20 p.m. to 5:40 p.m.
Saturday sessions: three Saturdays during the academic year, in accordance with the institutional calendar.
English-Language Requirement

Applicants must demonstrate a minimum B1+ level of English proficiency.
