Teachers of Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Technology and/or English for primary and secondary
A private bilingual school following the Colombian Calendar B academic year, located in Chía, Cundinamarca, is seeking qualified teachers to deliver Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Technology and/or English.
We are looking for responsible, adaptable professionals who are firmly committed to holistic education and demonstrate strong subject-matter expertise. Candidates should be willing and able to implement active, student-centred methodologies that foster deep understanding, critical thinking, research skills, intellectual curiosity and meaningful student participation.
Knowledge of or experience with Teaching for Understanding, project-based learning, Cambridge International programmes, thinking cultures and active learning methodologies will be highly valued.
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday: 6:50 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Monthly staff meeting: one Tuesday per month, from 3:20 p.m. to 5:40 p.m.
Saturday sessions: three Saturdays during the academic year, in accordance with the institutional calendar.
English-Language Requirement
Applicants must demonstrate a minimum B2 level of English proficiency.
