Order Processor Remote Automotive

We are Enet Auto Parts, a Toronto-based company selling OEM and aftermarket auto parts across North America.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented freelancer from Latin America to manage and process daily orders. This is a long-term, full-time remote opportunity with stable hours.

Responsibilities
Process daily orders from eBay, Amazon, and other platforms
Verify part numbers, compatibility, and customer details
Check stock and coordinate backorders or alternatives
Create shipping labels and invoices
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
Handle returns and refunds (RMA process)
Update spreadsheets/CRM and provide daily summaries
Working Hours
Full-time
8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM Toronto time (aligned with your local time zone)
Requirements
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple orders at once
Good internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
Experience with Google Sheets or Excel

Nice to have:

Experience with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
Automotive knowledge or willingness to learn
Payment
$1,000 CAD per month
Paid every 2 weeks via PayPal
Salary review after 3 months based on performance
