Functions:

Provide effective software solutions to meet customer needs. This role involves evaluating existing software processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, defining clear software requirements, and collaborating closely on the implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of solutions to drive customer satisfaction and achieve project objectives.

* Analyze and interpret complex customer and operational data to inform strategic decision-making.
* Identify areas for process optimization and revenue growth, and drive business improvement initiatives.
* Work closely with stakeholders across teams and departments to define business requirements and design effective technical and process solutions.
* Document, test, and support the implementation of these business solutions.

Required skills and experience:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related focused on software development. .
* Experience in data analysis, or software development for data processing using Python (1 year)
* Experience integrating with RESTful APIs for data exchange (At least 6 months)
* GitHub
* SQL, Excel y MS Office
* Experience in automation using Python ( Plus)
* Proficient with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and Jira (PLUS)
* English conversational.

Business & Analysis Skills:

Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Effective communication (verbal and written).
