Software Delivery Manager at BairesDev

We are looking for a Software Delivery Manager to lead and manage teams of professionals, including Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Software Engineers, working with US-based clients. This is an impactful role with excellent growth opportunities in our rapidly expanding company. Your leadership will help ensure projects are delivered successfully and teams operate efficiently.

What Youll Do:

- Lead and mentor teams of Project Managers, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Oversee project performance and management oversight.
- Serve as the escalation point for operational and delivery issues.
- Collaborate with PMO on procedures and process improvement.
- Work with HR partners to support team policies and practices.
- Monitor and support Project Manager performance and development.
- Ensure effective reporting and communication methodologies.
- Address team-related matters and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support operational challenges and maintain good client relationships.
- Facilitate clear communication between teams and clients.

What Were Looking For:

- Experience as a Delivery Manager managing teams in the IT sector.
- Background in software development or technology projects.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- University degree preferred.
- Good level of English.
