Requirements:
- 1 - 2year of experience as a scheduler and Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care. - Demonstrated ability to answer calls and complete tasks during the same call (multitasking).
- Basic office, computer, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills. Strong command of English (C1 level, no accent required).
Job Description: The Scheduler is responsible for maintaining strong clientcaregiver relationships and ensuring a high-quality best in home care experience for both clients and employees.
This role plays a key part in coordinating caregiver assignments, ensuring accurate referral handling, and supporting operational efficiency within the office.
The Scheduler manages the scheduling of caregivers, processes timecards when needed, monitors the telephony system, and assists with payroll-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Verbal Communication Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries/messages in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain ongoing communication with caregivers and clients to ensure service quality. Serve as a liaison between caregiver staff and the Office Manager.
- Customer Focus Respond promptly and courteously to all customer calls.
- Receive referrals and inquiries regarding company services. Adaptability Support sales, marketing, and public relations efforts when needed.
- Decision Making / Judgment Maintain integrity and professionalism in interactions with caregivers and clients.
- Demonstrate alignment with the companys vision, mission, and core values. Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
