Recruiter (US Market) About the Role
Pandapé is looking for a proactive, results-oriented Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for positions in the United States market, leveraging sourcing strategies, recruiting technologies, and stakeholder partnerships to attract top talent.
The ideal candidate is passionate about recruiting, highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake meeting through offer acceptance.
Source, engage, and attract qualified candidates using recruiting platforms.
Create, publish, and optimize job postings across multiple job boards and sourcing channels.
Review resumes and conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and conduct initial interviews.
Partner closely with Team Leads and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment records within the ATS.
Monitor recruiting pipelines and provide regular hiring updates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
Track recruiting metrics and performance indicators to drive hiring success.
Meet or exceed monthly recruitment, submission, and hiring goals. Requirements
Required Qualifications
Experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar recruiting role.
Previous experience recruiting for the US market is highly preferred.
Strong sourcing and talent attraction skills.
Experience using recruiting platforms, job boards, and ATS systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and performance data.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for high-volume hiring projects.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and job board management.
Experience working in staffing, BPO, outsourcing, or fast-paced recruitment environments.
Proven ability to achieve hiring targets and recruitment KPIs. What We Offer
