In this position, you will be in charge of managing DirecTv customers needs about their services, billing and tech support through phone calls and eventually chats or emails.

- Salary 47 hours ($2.195.499) + bonuses ($401.169)
- Salary 42 hours ($1.961.935) + bonuses ($358.491)
-Schedule Monday to Sunday from 09:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m.
- One day off.
-Training start day: May 6th
-Place of work: Centro Empresarial Olaya Herrera (CEOH), (Carrera 52, 14-30)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Good ATTITUDE to serve your customers, willing to learn and grow within the company with discipline, eager to be EXCELLENT in your management.
- High school diploma.
- B2- C1 English level.
- 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Must have very good spelling.
-Availability to work in Medellin.
